At COLE Project Management LLC, we recognize that every project is different and start each project by tailoring our approach to assure the maximum return on investment for our Client.

During the project’s design process, COLE will prioritize the project’s functional, technical and creative goals/objectives as well as establish the budget and schedule. Cole will facilitate the selection of a design team that best meets those goals. With the established design team, we will assist the client with identifying the programming and space plan requirements, IT infrastructure, furniture and AV needs. In addition, Cole will track and review invoices related to the project for payment by the client.

During implementation of the design, COLE updates budgets and schedules and contributes to value engineering if required. We oversee the design and construction teams, as well as the all other components of the build out.

Team Oriented Approach

We utilize an integrated approach for our client’s projects. We introduce key members to the team as early as possible to allow a more proactive buy-in to the process and project opportunities. We find this approach allows our Clients to realize greater success.
